(In french)In LARP, it’s sometimes expected to the larpers to organize themselves into groups. This can mean one-off groups of 5-6 people, but it can also often mean groups of 15-40 people with the ambition of lasting several years and incurring joint costs. That’s quite an adventure, both in and out of the game!

We’re going to take a closer look at this second type of group. How are they created? What drives them? How are decisions made? How does the group integrate new people and organize itself to last over time?

We met people who have taken part in groups that have risen to the challenge and gone the distance. The aim: to draw inspiration from their experience, provide food for thought on recurring difficulties, and suggest tools (notably based on self-management) to keep the feathering to a minimum.
