Le jeu de rôle grandeur nature comme phénomène : du texte à dire au clip animé souvenir.
(In French)As a phenomenon, LARP is part of an emotional archaeology. Just as historical re-enactment in the field of European martial arts allows for an archaeology of gesture, isn’t LARP a way of rediscovering the emotions of our ancestors? From the playful aspect at the heart of abundant creativity to its therapeutic dimension – learning to regulate emotions – LARP enables the transmission of a shared, co-constructed narrative. Thus, from the dual perspective of Nordic cosmogony and playful historical evocations known as Vikings, the in-game interpretation of texts written from the experience of other players or from one’s own playing experience (singing or scaldic recitation) has fed the content of animated clips to be broadcast on a larger scale to a wider audience.
